Barbecue Tip

I haven't tried this tip yet, but I just now read about it, and it's too good to keep to myself for even one minute. Tammy over at Tammy's Recipes says you can use a spray bottle to apply liquid smoke flavoring to grilled chicken, salmon, and steaks.

And since I happen to have a bottle of this in my cupboard, and Kahuna is in big-time barbecue mode right now, this is good news.
Very good news, indeed.

And thanks for the tip. We LOVE liquid smoke flavoring. What a great idea!

I love the taste of Liquid Smoke in my dishes. I never thought about spraying it on. I'll be trying that!

I am twitchy about Liquid Smoke, but I love the spray bottle idea. I could spray it into recipes that call for a larger amount. I never use what they call for, so this would be a good way to control the amount.
