More Calcium

Cooking Tip for the Day: If you're making broth using chicken or beef bones, add a tablespoon of vinegar as the bones are simmering. This will "draw the calcium out of the bones into the broth," reports author Beverly Nye in her book Everyone's a Homemaker.

And who couldn't use just a little more calcium?

That's a great tip. When making Chinese Herbal soups, I always use the whole chicken. So this will make a healthy soup even healthier. Thanks
