brussels sprouts
cabbage
carrots
celery
eggplants

OK, Michele (and anyone else who has an exploding lemon tree, or just a hankering for lemons), so tell me what we should try next: lemon soup? lemon mustard? lemon jello with sherry? warm spicy lemonade? lemon honeyed fruit? baked fruit flambe?

I'm up for the lemon soup, warm spicy lemonade and the lemon honeyed fruit.

Can't do jello. It has gelatin.

Now I'll go make through those other recipes.

Michele, I just made the warm spicy lemonade and it was tasty. A little on the tart side, but probably it's because it's from Cooking Light :)
