Norwegian Rhubarb Soup Revisited

Turns out you can make Norwegian Rhubarb Soup in California, too. 
Though your meringues might bear a strong resemblance to amoeba.

Or maybe that's just me.

Rhubarb and I just don't seem to jel. I keep trying, it just keeps refusing. I saw the soup in your last post and it sure does sound interesting though. Perhaps someday rhubarb and I will agree:)
