Asian Meatballs and Noodles with Black Bean Sauce

Oh my! Talk about a good blogging day.
I discovered this delicious garlic-black bean sauce from Vanilla Sugar's blog.

Which led me to these Asian noodles from the Dishing Up Delights blog.

Which led me to these meatballs from the big ol' Costco bag in my freezer.
Which led to some pretty happy tummies around here.
What quick-to-fix dinners are making your tummy happy these days? Please share. Because your kindergarten teacher was right.
Sharing is good.

Your meal sounds and looks delish! I fixed us turkey chili tonight. It is SO extremely cold here in the Midwest right now (-25 windchills the next 3 nights). Therefore, chili was the meal of choice. Tomorrow I plan to bake apple pies and add some extra warmth to the house. Not exactly quick-fix but it's double duty! Dessert & warmth! And, that diet will just have to wait until next month :) -Tammy

So glad you linked to the Asian noodles one - I have two packages in my pantry that I didn't know how to use.

My quick fix go-to meals are: Pork tenderloin with cranberries (15 minutes), and broccoli/sausage orechiette

Flat Creek Farm -- apple pies, mmmm! What a great idea for staying warm.

Carpool Queen -- so now I must know, what is orechiette? I have never heard of that. Please enlighten :)

:) Mmmmm, that garlic black beans sauce sounds delish. I found a fresh black bean chiptole dip at the grocery store on Friday and we've eaten two little tubs of it. Insanely good. I'll be trying your sauce asap!

Happy Belated New Year! :)

Wow. A triple threat! Looks delicious to me.
I'm into soups right now. So cold in Florida so I am taking advantage of it by making my favorite soups.
