Maple-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin. One of my favorite cuts of meat. A little on the expensive side, but you can cut it into thin slices to make it go further. Fan it out on some lettuce for a really nice presentation.
Or not.
We had this delicious version for last night's dinner, courtesy of Pam over at For the Love of Cooking. Recipe here. Note the Dijon-maple syrup glaze in the white cup. I could drink Dijon-maple syrup glaze. In fact, I think I'll go drink some of the leftover Dijon-maple syrup glaze right now.
Sorry. Just had a little taste. I'm better now.
Go pay Pam and her tenderloin a visit. You won't be sorry.

Ohhh..that looks so yummy! My MIL made a pork tenderloin a couple of years ago that was soooo good. I've never made them but I know they are super good.

Just noticed your comment a few days back. Yes we queens must stay together. I am not much into cooking these days, HH does most of the cooking. I love to follow the recipes though. I'll come again.

Ok, so just about 10 minutes ago, I got out my crockpot and guess...just guess what I put in it?! A pork tenderloin!! LOL! I'm going to slow cook it till it falls apart, then put BBQ in it and let it slow cook some more. Mmmm. One of my favorite meals!

Pork tenderloin is my favorite meat to cook with....I grew up raising pigs so I have always loved it. I'm going to try that glaze next time I cook it.

This sounds great, especially since I was just contemplating a pork loin for dinner tonight. I'll have to see if I can pull the maple Dijon glaze together!
