Gold Rush Brownies

Here's another option for the "oh-no-the-bake-sale's-tomorrow-and-I-have-no-time-to-make-anything" dilemma. Just three ingredients.
Three.
Chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and graham cracker crumbs. You mix them together, plunk them in a 9" x 9" pan, bake for 25 minutes, and you're done.

GOLD RUSH BROWNIES
2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients in bowl, stirring thoroughly. Spread in well-greased and floured 9" x 9" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes about 20.

Hi Lynn,
I just got a comment from you (thanks!) and popped over to check out your great blog! You really wrote a book? and had it published and all? WOW!
Is it available in Australia? Looks great. I can do with all the encouragement I can get!
And I'm sure like me most ladies would love to hear about your quilt and loosing your dog etc. thrown in with a few recipes - or start another blog!
I may even throw a recipe in some time. I love these ones with only a few ingredients.

Lori, easy is my middle name, too :) OK, not really. But I do love those 2 or 3 ingredient recipes.

Kathryn, thanks for stopping by to visit.

Ruby, thanks for your enthusiasm about my book. It's available through amazon.com, christianbooks.com, and most bookstores can order it for you. Thank you for asking.

I just wanted to tell you that I made your lemon bread for our community group last night. SOOO yummy! Everyone loved it. Thanks for the new recipe. I would've made these brownies had I had all the ingredients. I'll do that for next week.

Blessings~
