Oatmeal Molasses Bread


Oh yum.
This recipe came from my friend Lindsey, who got it from Helen. And I don't know where Helen got it from. But boy is it good. I used the bread machine so it was a snap. If anyone wants non-bread machine directions, email me and I'll send them on. Otherwise, just pop in the ingredients, push start, and let the magic begin.
OATMEAL MOLASSES BREAD
1 1/6 c. water
1/4 c. molasses
1 T. butter
3 c. flour
1 1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. oatmeal
2 1/4 t. yeast (or 1/4 oz.)

    Hi Lynn! I'm always in the mood to bake/cook when I leave here! As far as I'm concerned anything with molasses in it is ok by me!!! This looks fairly easy too! Ok now I'm hungry again!!!! Have a happy baking day - Sincerely, Jeannette
