It's a sloppy and droopy, orange marmalade kind of day.
If you have one orange, a food chopper of some kind, a microwave, and a few minutes, whip up some of the quickest, easiest orange marmalade around.

Yes, Farm Girl, just click on the orange marmalade link in the body of the post. It's super easy; makes a soft set marmalade that's really tasty. I first made it about a year ago. It only uses up one orange, though! So for the rest of that fruit, you'll just have to make a lot of juice :)
Hi Lynn!!! If there is one positive note about this "unusual" Winter, it has been the abundance of citrus at the grocery stores. I don't know if it's me or the season but this year there seems to be all kinds of citrus tangs garnishing the produce department:) One Orange equals yummy marmalade? I may even be able to wing it!
