It's a sloppy and droopy, orange marmalade kind of day.
If you have one orange, a food chopper of some kind, a microwave, and a few minutes, whip up some of the quickest, easiest orange marmalade around.
It's good :).

  1. It works? Do you have recipe?
    I love marmalade.
Not to mention it would be something with all of these lemons and oranges I have.

  2. Yes, Farm Girl, just click on the orange marmalade link in the body of the post. It's super easy; makes a soft set marmalade that's really tasty. I first made it about a year ago. It only uses up one orange, though! So for the rest of that fruit, you'll just have to make a lot of juice :)

  3. Hi Lynn!!!
If there is one positive note about this "unusual" Winter, it has been the abundance of citrus at the grocery stores. I don't know if it's me or the season but this year there seems to be all kinds of citrus tangs garnishing the produce department:) One Orange equals yummy marmalade? I may even be able to wing it! Thanks so much for sharing, Lynn...
